2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients and other information are accurate.

Product packaging, colours and appearance may vary slightly due to photography, screens or packaging updates.

Please always follow the product's instructions, ingredients and warnings before use.

3. Pet Safety

Tails & Bones products are intended for pet-care and grooming purposes.

Every pet may respond differently to a product. If your pet experiences irritation or an unexpected reaction, discontinue use and consult a qualified veterinarian where appropriate.

Our products are not intended to replace professional veterinary advice or treatment.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment.

Tails & Bones reserves the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud or other legitimate operational reasons.

For Partial COD orders, 30% of the order value is payable online at checkout, while the remaining 70% is payable at delivery.

5. Shipping

A standard ₹150 shipping charge applies to orders.

Tails & Bones currently does not offer free shipping.

Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before processing or dispatch, subject to availability.

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used pet grooming products are generally not eligible for return.

7. Promotions

Discounts, coupons, combos and promotional offers may have additional terms and conditions.

Tails & Bones reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions subject to applicable terms and law.

8. Intellectual Property

All Tails & Bones logos, product images, photographs, text, graphics, videos, designs and other website content belong to or are licensed to Tails & Bones.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction or commercial use is not permitted.

9. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and functioning properly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
